Hi Nackapan.
Not sure what’s happening because you’re still listed as a registered user.
healthunlocked.com/user/nac...
You could try logging out, re-boot your device, then try logging in again (using Nackapan).
Failing that if you email support@healthunlocked.com they will be able to sort for you.
Sometimes the platform can be a bit ‘glitchy’ so it may just right itself in due course 🤷♀️.
Don't worry - we can get you back to your rightful identity 😉
