Just wondering if anyone can tolerate acidic foods like orange juice, tomatoes, etc. without burning occurring in stomach? I don’t understand if we don’t produce acid in stomach, why do acidic foods cause pain?

Pernicious Anemia and stomach issues
I don't know why you would be finding that acidic foods are irritants - it suggests that you may have some specific gastritis (enflamed lining in the gut) that may not be directly linked to PA ... and the acidity is irritating that.
I can get terrible heart burn at times but it resolves quite quickly if I have something acidic like some lime or orange juice in water, or even eat a few segments of orange.
That’s what I don’t understand. If I have PA (which I do), it means I don’t produce much acid right?? So acidic foods shouldn’t bother me. On my scopes it states strophic gastritis. So am I dealing with 2 different types of gastritis? I mean PA is end result of gastritis right?
there are different types of gastritis
this article lists a number of different types

not sure what strophic gastritis is - do you mean atrophic gastritis? PA is an atrophic gastritis.
Yes
do you know if you also have h pylori infection?
How do they test for that?
I have non existent thyroid due to radioactive iodine treatment for hyperactive thyroid. Has IBS-D and pernicious anemia. Antibody test confirmed it.
I cannot drink apple, pineapple, or tomato juice, although eating the solid foods does not bother me.
