I had diagnosed b12 deficiency in 2018 I was almost on bed with lot of brain damage... I’m still on weekly injections and still recovering,I’m 32 yrs old and planning to get married my b12 level now is 2000...can anyone pls tell me can I have a normal child if my b12level is so high...

Yes , you can have a normal child with high b12 levels . You are more likely to conceive with high B12 levels . Low B12 levels can lead to inability to conceive .

Thank you much but I actually read on google that carrying a baby in high b12 levels can hav an autistic child

I have never heard of that . Was it a properly researched paper . ?Have you any details of the research . If so give us the references please . You may get some more responses .

No it’s just mentioned In google that women with higher b12 levels have 3times more chances to have an autistic child..

I’m afraid if there are no details of correctly conducted scientific research , it cannot be relied upon .

The world Heath organistation and certain newspapers have put out that large intakes of folic acid and b12 could higher the risk of an autistic child.

I would speak to your gynecologist or Doctor.

It appears this information is scaring women.

Defiencies especially in pregnancy do cause problems.

That is certain.
