B12 is an over the counter medication in Canada - ie you don't need a prescription.

The type of B12 used is cyanocobalamin - don't know what form you are currently using in India

you will need to speak to the travel agent/airline to find out about carrying ampoules. You would probably need to have something from your doctor.
