Shaky legs,tremors,shortness of breath,anxiety,dizziness,taken infinite shots and also taking weekly shots ...what to do? As per my doc I should only b taking once in three months

Are you taking a daily folic acid tablet ( say 400mcg ) If you have been B12 deficient for s long time , improvement will not happen quickly .Yes , for some people , a 3 monthly injection suffices , but for others , it doesn’t .

My folic acid is already v high 24 and max is 20....should I be taking?

I didn’t know that your folic acid was so high . No you don’t need to take a supplement in that case. The

You are having neurological symptoms. You should be having an injection every other day until you are no longer seeing an improvement. If your doctor won’t provide it you may have to source it and inject it yourself.
