I'm hoping someone can advise me what to do now. I recently got my bloods back for the IF antibody test and it was negative. My symptoms got better when I had my b12 loading doses, I've looked back at past bloods and my b12 levels have always been low or on the low side for the last 10+ years. I have a lot of the possible PA symptoms and in the past was given a label of Fibromyalgia which I don't believe is correct. I've got a dr appt this afternoon to discuss these results and I'm worried my dr will dismiss the possibility that it could be PA but it would make a lot of sense. Can anyone advise what else I can do or request? I live in the uk and I cant afford to go private...Thanks in advance

Ok so my dr was really nice and has agreed to try 2 monthly b12 jabs along with some vitamin d and folate supplements and we'll see if it starts making a difference so it's a start! Thanks for the advice
