Then I had a blood infusion a month ago I still feel awful so blood has been done again my SERUM FOLATE 2.9ug/L (>3.0)LOW. SERUM FERRITIN 301. Ug/L (15-300). HIGH What I don’t understand how is the folate low Even though I got the infusion thanks

the infusions were presumably iron infusions. Folate is a vitamin found in vegetables so the iron infusion won't have had any effect on folate levels.
