The photo here seems to duplicate that in your first post - did you mean to do that.

Your Ferritin is low suggesting that you may have iron deficiency.

You do have anaemia but it isn't microcytic anaemia associated with iron deficiency but macrocytic anaemia associated with folate and B12 deficiency.

Problems affecting the absorption of B12 and folate can also affect the absorption of iron.

I notice that you have PA

It could be that you are undertreated for PA or it could be that you have become folate deficient.

I thought the other two posts showed different pathology results. This is a great forum especially as I live in Australia and Doctors here don’t have an understanding of PA
