Cold night sweats

I have been having cold night sweats for two years. Recently they’ve got increasingly worse. I change my pjs at least 3 times per night. I am soaked, every inch of my body in a cold sweat. I am unsure if this is B12 related or not as mine is low. All my other bloods are back within tolerance and have been stable for a year. These sweats are awful, I am fed up with them and being unable to have a nights sleep. Please help a DESPERATE member 😫😫😫

Could it be hormonal? I had night sweats during the menopause.

All those bloods came back within range. I’m only 27 but I did query that too

Have you had your ratio of Estrogen to progesterone checked. Estrogen can be in normal range but of its much higher compared to progesterone it can cause sweats.

If you look up other symptoms of Estrogen dominance you may be able to spot a pattern. Many have hormone quizzes to help point you in the right direction.

Regular B12 injections cured my night sweats immediately. I have an injection once every month after being diagnosed by my neurologist as deficient (at the bottom of the range). I have other neurological problems as a result of long term deficiency. See following article -

Sorry to hear it hasn’t worked! Is your b12 level ‘optimal’ or ‘within range’? Some doctors say that ‘within range’ is fine but mine was at the lower end of the range so I had neurological symptoms. Neurologist and research says that b12 is not toxic so can you increase your doses and see if that helps?
