Meant to post this on Thyroid forum, now do not know how to transfer it over. Any help?

unfortunately there is no way of moving a post to another community - the only thing you can do is re-create it in the second community.

You could start the post on the TUK community and then use copy and past for the rest of the post.

You can then delete the post from this community.
