Dry Mouth

After a few months of B12 treatment I find myself waking up with my tongue stuck to my upper palate, completely dry. I use a rinse for dry mouth before sleep but it only works for about 4 hours. Does anyone have an answer to this problem? I also suffer from night urination - about every 2 hours. When I told my GP she thought it was age related even though this never happened before.

Good point. Early signs. More tests needed

Sounds like more tests needed. Every 2 hours is alot. Also habit forming. Look up enuresis and bladder control. That's assuming no infection.I suffered from a very dry mouth initially. I thought mine was from pain killers. I found milk was better than water.

I have been tested for diabetes came back normal

Also had ultra sound on my bladder everything normal

So sorry I don't have any answers
