Dry mouth and eyes when waking up

I am facing dry eyes and mouth symptom when waking up in the night/morning. Could this be due to B12 deficiency?

I've had those symptoms since being b12 defient. I use eye drops each morning. I also clean my teeth in the middle of the night because of the horrid dryness. So I assume it is the defiency or injections?

I notice on the day I receive an injection I have a dry mouth and am thirsty. The following morning I have had dry eyes. I had this happen more in the beginning but I do still experience this once in a while.

Sjögrens syndrom is another autoimmune decease which makes you have dry eye, mouth, arthritis etc. You may want to have a look and see if it fits in with your symptoms.

I use hot eye pads. It does help but u have to keep it up twice a day .

Cant help with dry mouth but I experience that also. Its not nice .

Had script from doc for dry mouth cant say it helped
