Light and noise sensitivity

Incase some are not aware Morrisons do 1 hour where they dim the lights and turn any noise or music right down. Different days and times in different stores.

As food shopping can at most be very uncomfortable sometimes painful or lead into a headache of varying degress.

I happened to go into a Morrison’s one Saturday morning and had luckily read about it else I’d have thought the power was down.
