Weak grip

I have been on treatment for 16months.. I can’t hold things tightly ie especially cutleries does any one experience the same

One treatment I’ve had is to squeeze a small rubber ball to exercise the muscles of the arm and stimulate any repair of nerve damage.

Currently only my right arm has pain similar to tennis elbow.

Have you had your potassium and magnesium, maybe iron checked?

All these affect muscle responses and deficiencies of these often go with B12 problems.

It's worth Googling them to find out the symptoms of deficiency and excess and what dietary sources you might like.
