I have had many symptoms on and off over the past 3-4 months and the latest is calf tightening/cramp mostly in my right leg. Seems more noticeable at night although it is there most of the day. Feeling similar in my right knee also and now a weird sensation of goose bumps/ pins and needles up my leg. This comes and goes during the day.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Like you, I do get leg cramps but not the goose bump sensation. Extra magnesium helps me with the cramping and I have found that the only oral magnesium that works well for me is an ionic liquid form. Hope you find relief and solid answers.
Yes I've had both. I think eating more pottassium foods helped. I haven't had it for a while. The only thing that's changed is my vitamin d level is up. I'm eating alot of potatoes as home grown and a gluten at present. Low ferritin ? It is horrible when your legs crawl.
Hi ! I've muscle cramps on my right leg calves early in the morning..... This may be due to the position of the leg while in sleep ! Taking cod-liver oil capsules with the break-fast can help the symptoms - Good luck !
Me Too! I try now to avoid the morning stretch but sometimes do unintentionally and the resultant cramps the pits . If I don't stretch I miss it !1 Cant win ha-ha
I get the random goosebumps on one thigh & down my leg it’s so strange. I don’t get cramps but have got weakness and stiffness in both legs that is unbearable.
I have exactly what you're describing in both of my legs equally. I'm currently lost about how to treat it but I've been referred to a neurologist so hopefully that will point me in the right direction.
Unfortunately if you don't keep on top of the symptoms and manage your medication and interact with the doctors the list will increase, prepare yourself for a long list, eye twitching, headaches, stomach problems, pins and needles, burning sensations, numbness, a deep rumbling sensation in the chest, high pitched whistling, muscle weakness, depression, you name it, it's a relatively easy to treat, but if you have an unsympathetic doctor it can be a nightmare trying to 'cure' yourself, it's a sly condition and the ailments tend to creep up on you,I'm really struggling with the condition and I'm fed up trying to explain to the doctors that I'm feeling weak and fed up, now awaiting another blood test to confirm how I feel, I know my own body after 55 years, don't get fobbed off, you'll find the good folk on here have plenty of sound advice, even ordering the elixir of life from Germany, I'm on a tight budget and wish I could afford the medication for self injecting purposes, you'll find that the symptoms come in various guises, and some folk will explain their symptoms in different ways, but yes we all understand your language on here, good luck for now.
