Have you been tested for thyroid issues? Oftentimes, low b12 and thyroid issues go hand in hand. There is a great forum here on HealthUnlocked called Thyroid UK. A lot of knowledgeable and helpful people on that forum. Turns out that "normal" thyroid levels do not mean "optimal" thyroid hormone levels and many doctors do not know enough how to test and how to interpret the tests properly. Plenty of people not diagnosed properly and suffering needlessly.

if I stand I feel like I am going to hit the floor and sometimes while sitting I go to see cardiologists on the 27 th but I don't know what they can do if anything I don't hold much hope in this area but do want to make sure it's not affecting my heart
