How well do hydroxocobalamin ampoules hold up to heat during shipping from Germany in the summer months?

Hydroxocobalamin Heat Tolerance
I always keep some ampoules in my car for emergencies and they frequently get cooked.
I'm a dreadful skin-flint and hate wasting things so I use them up from time to time before replacing them.
I have never noticed any difference in their efficacy although probably wouldn't use them if I knew I had a high-pressure day ahead.
I would be much more wary about light getting to them as UV light will degrade them - all to do with "free radicals" (a chemistry term and not loose activists!! 😉😁[sorry]).
If you can, plan ahead and order them when the weather is cooler. They always have a very long shelf life. If you can't, don't worry - the worst that will happen is they will be less effective and you may need to jab more often. You will be able to tell that once you've used one. As I said, I haven't found this to be the case.
It’s not heat but instead it’s light (uv light) that damages and reduces the potency of B12.
Keep it in a dark place to store it.
