I haven't yet been diagnosed but moving towards it. I have almost all the symptoms but do not have any tongue or mouth soreness. How important is that. Scan proved it isn't Parkin sons. Has anyone any thoughts on this.

No, not always. I had no tongue/mouth soreness and my B12 was just 85 ng/mL

I had no mouth soreness and my serum bloodtest was 106. I hope no one has all the symptoms on the list

Have you tried Lysine for the mouth sores? You can find it where vitamins are sold

15% have mouth symptoms.

The blood test is valuable when the vit is low.

When the blood test shows normal vit levels but you have symptoms you have to check serum homosystein and methyl Malonic acid in the urine. If one of them is higher than normal you are B12 deficient.
