When you first start supplementing it can cause a rash, but this should go away after a while. Were you diagnosed by a doctor? Just wondering why you are not on injections with such a low B12 level?

here in cyprus dont believe b12 can be so importand so they are more into antideopresants and nerve pills so i just medicate on my own with b12

low B12 can result in more frequent fungal infections which could look like a rash - have you checked with a health-care professional (pharmacist may also be able to help) to see if it really is a rash and not an infection
