I have tinnitus, meniers disease, twitching nerve ends. Asked my GP for B12 Active blood test, reply B12 fine. Already take a B12 Complex. Heard and read about B12 active so ordered online - delivery tomorrow so we will see if it helps.

Yes see what that says. Did you have the serum b12 test?
I asked for B12 Active blood test at GP, reply from test results over phone that my B12 is fine!!!
Oh get them printed off . That's what I do for my records . You can then see if they are fine! The ranges tend to vary. I go by bloods done when I was well as a guide to my ' norm'
Ask for a Methylmalonic acid (MMA) test. It's more reliable than serum B12, especially when you're already supplementing.
