I have to wait until the 25th for my loading dose. Im of to the Drs on an emergency appointment soon, but I suspect they wont give me a jab then and there. Is it worth popping to Holland and Barrett for some B12 tablets for in the meantime? Or will they be no use and a waste of money?

You can try those because they are better than not having any b12 while you suffer. Even with PA you will be able to absorb 1% of it.

Best try the sub-lingual variety .Chance of a bit better absorbtion .

If you have PA then the chances are they will do no good at all as none of it will be absorbed. If it was then we wouldn't need injections.

But there's always a chance that you may absorb a little bit, and it can't hurt to try them.
