I’ll bet that they don’t ship it refrigerated. Which means it will go off quickly. Whatever they ship it won’t be methylcobalamin by the time it arrives.

I bought methyl over the counter in Saudi Arabia. The ampoules came in individual paper tubes to keep the light out. They were not refrigerated and they worked fine. Not certain if something similar is available in Egypt.

I believe the methyl was 500 mcg in 1 ml ampoules. In a box of 10. Hard to remember but I think the price was between 100 and 200 riyals which was about $30 or twice the price Of my cyano.

My normal is weekly cyano 1000 mcg in 1 ml vials which I split in half and take Mondays and Thursdays so instead of injecting 0.5 ml of cyano, I injected 1 ml of methyl.
