Hi all, just wondering if anyone has experienced feeling worse after some B12 jabs and better on others, even after being on them a while?
I've been having injections for about 18 months now, initially I felt terrible after the loading doses but things improved after a few weeks, since then each injection has (mostly) made me feel much better within hours of having it with the exception of the one I had last week and one I had way back last year. Since having the B12 jab last week I am feeling pretty awful and can't understand why this might be?
Anyone had the same or any ideas why this might happen?

Do you eat potassium-rich foods and ensure your folate level is good? I've heard these help with processing the b12.. out of interest could you send me a link to where you get your b12 from
Yes I do try to keep my potassium levels up, usually drink coconut water as it's high in potassium and easier than eating lots. I get my B12 jabs at my GP surgery, I think there are plenty on here who get theirs from Germany so perhaps they might come along and tell you where?
I felt okay after 1st injection for 6 weeks if that.
My 2nd injection I was shattered from the off but I was dismissed as it being fibromyalgia fatigue. Going for my 3rd one 14th March so basically I've had more tired exhausted days than good. Also mental health has got worse, depression tires you out also. Idk if I'm coming or going. I've a GP visit before it, I'm going to ask them to test my levels and want another print out. My last level was great as they give me B12 and then took bloods for a reading. I feel totally useless, it's all bringing me down. 🤔
