A useful app for tracking PA symptoms

Hi all

I was diagnosed with PA six months ago. After many doctor visits have finally received a prescription for enough doses of B12 to last six months self injecting every ten days. I believe the reason I was able to convince her that I needed shots every ten days was by showing her data from the app I used, called Symple. (Disclaimer: I don’t work for anyone affiliated with t his app and did not invent it.)

The app allows you to track up to 5 symptoms free (you can upgrade to track more symptoms), plus keep track of factors (such as B12 injections) at several intervals per day. You can then plot the symptoms overlaid with factors. I prepared a printout of the data for my doctor which I believe helped me get the prescription. Here’s an example with shots overlaying my symptoms.

I hope this helps others on the path to becoming well again.

Thank you for this. I will try it. Was just about to start keeping a blog but this might be easier.

Looks good.

I used Excel to do the same thing. This looks much easier. Time to test it out on the iPad.
