Still waiting....

Eyesight a real problem still. Light sensitivity means from 1630 in a dimly lit bedroom as the artificial light sets off buzzing staggering and irritability spilling things. Noise sensitivity and end up falling asleep around 2000hrs so awake on and off from 0400hrs New symptoms popping in ears contant low (like pressure cooker hissing) as only notice when it stops. Numb like uncomfortable left heel (thought something in my sock) inner side to side tremor back. Right hand and leg shaky at times but csn stop it. A general feeling of unsteadiness but actually can walk straight in daylight . Aching and numbness on face over eyes forehead and now in teeth!! Weary on waking and brain saying can't move but I cam. A feeling of not trusting if myou legs will work as feel robotic. I'm currently on every other day hydroxocobalamin injections at the surgery.Am taking multi vitamins.Tring to keep myself motivated and moving. Not driving shopping or functioning to cook. An doing some more things. On the positive am out of bed awake all day. Must be some improvements as so bored . Mind is mostly bright but body so unwilling. Struggling to stay positive. Have lowered expectations but still seems an existence not a life at present. I'm used to being the carer. Does all this sound familiar to anyone? Or is more improvement possible? I will keep on with the 3 injections a week but finding it hard to recognise ' no further improvement

Sorry a long post

Hi Nackapan,

I was reading your post and I have many symptoms similar to yours. I have Hashimotos and PA. I self inject hydroxo b12 every 3 days.

I’m beginning to think I may have ME. It matches many of the symptoms. Not sure what to do 🤔

Oh sorry to hear that. How long have you had PA? Do you get relief from alot of symptoms on every 3 day injections? Will look up Hashimotos Really hope not ME . Let's hope improvements are made even if so slow. Thanks for reply

I was diagnosed with PA around 18 months ago. I was severely deficient back then. The b12 jabs help a lot but there’s something else going on. I can’t seem to put my finger on it. Hope you start to feel better soon 😊

Thank you. I feel something else is going on too. Waiting for last bloods to come back. Also got a referral to an eye clinic . My first B12 serum level was 106 but only 4 months ago.

Hope you find an answer soon and can treat what you find, and you have some better days very soon
