Please remember that the purpose of this forum is to support and share experiences.

We are not medical experts though we can also share results of reviewing medical literature.

If you disagree with someone that is okay but please do so in a respectful way.

If you feel someone is being rude then please report the post. Do not argue back.

Please remember that B12 deficiency is a condition that can be associated with crankiness and sometimes people may be a bit blunt in the way they say things.

Please also remember that B12 is something people respond to in very different ways. Remember that your experience may be different from the experience of others.
