I’ve recently been diagnosed with pernicious anaemia and been having injections weekly for a month and now just monthly. I’m just wondering if anyone can see a trend between vaginal yeast infections and the use of b12. Mine is quite bad to the point where tissue is ripping and I’d like to know the cause.

No , I don’t believe that B12 injections can be causing that type of yeast infection . The fact that you have low/no stomach acid (Hypochlorhydria/Achlorhydria )caused by the Pernicious Anaemia can be the cause . Stomach acid keeps the flora in your stomach in good condition . Low stomach acid allows bad bacteria to proliferate including the ones that cause the yeast infection . I would try to encourage the good bacteria by taking a pro/prebiotic capsule , or better still eat good organic sauerkraut or kimchi fermented vegetables . You can make your own . This is only my opinion . I am not medically trained , but have had gut problems which have been relieved by eating sauerkraut, taking probiotics . Even if you follow this advice and it doesn’t work for you , you can do yourself no harm at all . Very best wishes .
Might be because you are run down at present. I would just get it treated with anti fungal preparation internally with a pessari and externally first. Usually very effective. Bio yogurts and diet and cotton clothes. No tights . Or cut out the crocth. Hopefully will help stop recurrences. All you need to have to deal with as well.
Yeah I’m currentlt using the treatment you’ve described but unfortunately I can’t shy away from the tights as I’m a gymnastics coach and that’s my work attire I’m in every day.
I've just came across this thread. I know it's been 9 months since you posted, but wondered if you got to the bottom of it. I have a condition called Lichen Sclerosis which sounds very similar to your symptoms. feels like permanent thrush, with thinning skin that tears very easily. This is also an auto immune disorder so maybe worth getting it checked out.
