I would say whichever way is more comfortable for you and gives you results.

Nobody really knows.

It is suspected that SC will result in a slower release into the bloodstream (which is a good thing) but I can't find any proper studies comparing them. There is unlikely to be much difference either way. So go with the one that you feel comfortable with.

I started SI back in August. I started with SC. I did feel it was working. I was feeling worse so I knew something was happening. I was going through a lot of nerve pain.

3 weeks ago I started IM. IM is kicking my butt! To me it seems to be working harder at healing me. I have more intense nerve pains now also more tired. SC seems a more gentle healing way.

With IM it seems my walking it getting better faster than with SC. I am sticking to IM for now and see how much I improve in the next 3 months since I gave SC 3 months then I will reassess .

For SC I used 1/2" needles and for IM I am using 1.5" needles.

I’ve been SI IM for 4 months now. I use a 1 inch needle straight in at 90°. Don’t like the idea of going in at 45° for SC. Going to stick with IM as it is doing the job.

We subcut into excess stomach fat without any problems.

Roughly 45 degree angle. I don't worry too much I just grab a bit of stomach roll and off I go. I always wash area with soap and water, then use a separate needle to draw up the b12, then change needle so its nice and sharp for injection, tap out any air bubbles, and inject slowly stopping to let the tissue expand, then inject the rest. If you warm the B12 before injecting I find it less painful. I normally stick the capsule in my cleavage whilst preparing everything! lol. Seems to work fine for me.
