Hi Ari3
I'm far from expert, but all your results are in range (or above) including the active B12, which is the most important. It suggests that you're able to absorb a good amount of the B12 you're taking (diet and/or supplements) and no sign of deficiency. If you're having symptoms then I guess you need to go back to your GP and ask them to look into it.

Ari3. Have you seen these replies to your earlier post (same question)?

Worth a look - good advice there.
Going to close your earlier post to replies so that responses are here (it will still be visible and you can access in the link above.
Think there might have been a little 'muddle' because you had to re-post the image with your results - but not to worry.
👍

the test statement is actually a good one and quite true.
There is nothing in the above to suggest that B12 is an issue for you.
Homocysteine and MMA are measures of what is happening with B12 in cells and neither is indicating a problem there.
Unless the supplements are helping with symptoms of B12 deficiency its unlikely that you actually need them.
