You can get them at bodfeld-Apotheke.de If you don’t do German , you can get the translation app. In the U.K. , Cynocobalamin has been superseded by Hydroxocobalamin, as it’s supposed to be superior in some way ( I don’t know why !) Anyhow I’ll give you the numbers to search for , then you go straight to the item . You can use these numbers to locate items on any German online pharmacy .

It’s for Rotexmedica 1mg x 1ml ampoules .

10 ampoules of Cynocobalamin. No. 03418987 €3.19

100 ampoules “. “ “ 03418993. €36.98

10 ampoules of Hydroxocobalamin no 03862297. €5.67

Courier €9.00 no matter how many you buy .

You can pay with a card or Paypal .

You can also use Amazon.de to buy B12 injections , but you can’t use the reference numbers . Several German pharmacies supply B12 ampoules through Amazon.de but some only supply to Germany . Bodfeld supplies through Amazon.de, but you pay twice as much !

I have now seen that Bodfeld -Apotheke.de now have a drop-down list on the top right of their site where you can choose English .
