I had a private blood test done in September which came back at:
B12: 224 (Deficient<145, Insufficient 145-250)
Ferritin: 63.1 (13-150)
Serum Folate: 16.00 (8.83-60.8)
At this point I had been experiencing some hairloss, aches and some tingling sensations. I used some Better You B12 spray for about a week, then stopped for a week and a half as my GP wanted to run her own blood tests which are attached in the photo. ( I am now using the spray again) the symptoms have reduced.
Is there anything I should be concerned about regarding B12 and PA on my test results attached?
thank you

the two B12 tests seem to have different units of measurement - allowing for this and the accuracy of the test itself the levels of B12 are pretty consistent. You would be expecting to see a significant drop if you had a B12 absorption problem (though supplementing with high dose would make the results very difficult to interpret.
Your folate (again looks like different units on two tests) looks consistent with the last test.
If the spray is helping then continue with it.
What is obvious in the above is the T3 being low - note that you have posted on TUK so hope they have been able to advise on that.
