blood results

Hi.

I posted on here for myself a month or so ago and am just awaiting my private blood results to come back. However, these are some of the NHS ones. It says b12 serum 397 and RBC 4.32, MCH 34.2, basophil count 0. And Tsh 1.07 Some of these are out of the NHS range and quite out of the functional medicine ranges and have been flagged by the lab but have had a note of no action on all of them

Any opinions?
