I have one question is my needle long enough? Blue pkt 0.60 x 25mm BL/LB.

I have got stupidly huge thigh muscles but wondering if the needle should go in further?

Hooray that you did it! Well done. I'm sure your needles are fine, but you might want to get some longer ones when you re-order.

It all depends how much fat you have above the muscle. I use 25 mm needles but I have scrawny chicken legs, so that's plenty long enough.

Hmmm I have fell runners thighs but as I haven't been able to run as much its possible theres a fair layer of fat..? What would happen to the B12 if I injected into fat rather than muscle?

Many people use subcutaneous injections instead of intramuscular. So it should make much difference.
