If B12 is low would recommend having Vit D3 checked Have been having B12 injections now for 2 1/5 years and mostly come away thinking they not working for me This month started on D3 supplements and continued with super B complex wow what a difference WORTH A TRY !! Maybe just a fluke but shoulder and upper arm muscle feels lot better legs not as heavy and top of my back and neck easing Good luck everyone

You may find even greater benefit from a broad spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplement instead of the B complex in future because it has the B Complex AND lots of other things you need alongside the B12 for optimum processing.
