Could someone please tell me if it's a good idea to have more B12 injections when recovering from a virus, would it help or not..... Thanks in advance for any replies ☺.

Hi Frances55 I doubt if the B12 will have any effect on the virus but it might be good for your feeling of well-being.

I'm not medically trained but wish you well for a rapid recovery.

Thank Clive... Just thought I might use up more if I'm unwell 😔.... I'm going to have a extra one.. Won't do any harm I suppose 😊

No harm at all - you cannot overdose on B12.

I had my shot this morning at 9.00am and I've had P.A. for over 46 years - they must be working as I'm still "clivealive" :)

Hi Frances55! I had a pretty bad infection start on my hand. It ended up the size of a soft ball and I had to start IV antibiotics as it start d moving up my arm. I started feeling some symptoms return. I normally have 3 injections per week but I had to add a couple more for a short while. Once the infection was gone I went back to my usual schedule.

Thanks for your kind reply.. Yeah I had a extra one.. It did help with the sluggishness I'd been feeling due to the virus ☺.... I'm off in a couple of hours to have my flu jab 😔... All the best ☺
