Do you have ranges ? They can vary from lab to lab. Speaking with my Thyroid UK hat on it is often mentioned that Folate is good mid-range. If 120 is the B12 result then it looks very low and would benefit from supplementing.
Have you had VitD tested - often low with Low B12.
The PA/B12 experts will be along soon to offer good advice ... 😊
Hiya the ranges I'm given for B12 alone are 170-730 I've personally never reached a normal level and on supplements. Don't know if this helps. That's my hospitals lab ranges someone else may say different. Have they offered supplements?
