Hi, I think you need to give a bit more detail, Gsmandin! Do you mean could your arm be sore at the injection sites? or just a general soreness?

Tiredness can be a low B12 symptom, but it can be a symptom of many many other things too.

I get my injections in my thigh so investigating other causes. Giving chiropractor a try
