Hello. Want to begin by saying thank you as I am very grateful for all the information people have provided here when I posted before. I don't know where else I could get so much help.

I like/need to be informed but nowadays I seem to have trouble retaining info so I have to keep re-referring and was going through this link again - b12deficiency.info/what-to-... - but on Section 5 I cannot access the link to "Haematological Guidelines". Could you help please? I get page not known 404. Apologies for asking, but thanks in advance. j

So know what you mean! With enough time on a good level of B12 and supporting supplements you should get your cognitive function back - I'm much better than I was!
