Hello ture, I have gone through the same thing. When it comes to the heart, your doctor should be your first choice for help, because there is no way to know without testing what the cause is. In my case, it's a premature ventricular contraction, which is now controlled by a beta blocker and adequate potassium rich foods. But that was not something I could have diagnosed myself. My condition isn't usually dangerous, but it can feel like it. Other conditions can be a lot more serious, or a lot less. Please talk to your doctor if it continues or you have other symptoms besides the bp indicator.

Do you have B12 Deficiency/PA ? If so there may be a connection ...
