If you have Pernicious Anaemia then you also have gastric atrophy. This kills off the cells in he stomach that make acid.

The lack of acid in your stomach (achlorhydria) can cause symptoms such as you describe.

What medication are you taking that you think may be causing them?

You don’t say if your B12 deficiency is caused by Pernicious Anaemia . If it is, then what fbirder says is applicable I have PA and I had digestive problems like bloating , burping , nausea and stomach pain . All resolved when I took a course of a water-based probiotic called Symprove . Don’t take it now , but I try to eat some raw organic sauerkraut daily .Also google” Diet for Achlorhydria “ . Useful tips there, that’s if you do have PA. . Even if you haven’t , the above tips can do you no harm . Best wishes .

Or if you're really unlucky they will say over the phone its IBS and ignore everything else.

Also look a new intolerance to gluten protein (wheat, barley & rye) as well as dairy (casein protein)

You could well have leaky gut. The research suggest that to have an autoimmune disease then leaky gut must be present. Leaky gut is caused by pathogens in your small intestine breaching the thin layer of your intestine allowing them to get into your bloodstream. This causes allergic reactions to food which, given low or no stomach acid are only partly digested. This creates reactions to those foods most normally wheat yeast and dairy. All of this is currently happening to me. You can ge tests and help with this or you can do it yourself on here as others have suggested.
