I just got diagnosed with Shingles today. I am on antivirals & pain meds. Has anyone else had continuous infections or outbreaks of autoimmune conditions. I have lichen sclerosis patches all over my back and the look like burn scars. Is there sonething I can do to help my immunity? Anyone hear of Ashwaghanda root to suppress the adrenals?

I currently take ashwagandha to assist in overcoming adrenal fatigue. It is supposed to assist overcoming adrenal fatigue by managing cortisol and adrenaline release
