Just told i have high levels of iron low levels of B-12 .

Title. blood work??

I think Title is just asking you to give a title to your post, so other members can see at a glance if it's something they can help with.

Did you get a copy of your blood test results ?

If you can post your result with the range tested, ( the figures in brackets) that will help.

iron levels and B12 levels do not directly co-relate so quite possible to have high iron and low B12.

However, that's broad brush and a lot really depends on what measures have been used to say that you have high levels of iron. If you have high MCH and high MCV then that probably means you have macrocytosis - a common symptom of B12 deficiency.
