Self injecting

Please can someone tell me what i need to buy to do this myself. Been 10 weekly injections but drs I've put it back to 12 and I'm struggling. Have too much going on in my life to fight gp at the moment. So just want to do this myself, I have a friend who is a nurse I can ask to help first time but just need to know what I need to get?

I bought a bulk box of syringes and needles, far too many for me to use. They're well in date, individually sealed of course. If you want to send me a PM I'll send you couple of packs of each to start you off.

Think you need to order the B12 phials from Germany, I used Versandpo and searched for 1 ml B12.
