Welcome. I had my 10 year anniversary on May 5 with being diagnosed with megaloblastic anaemia. Not the hereditary variety.
Weekly cyano injections 1ml @ 1000 mgc/ml, daily folic acid, multivitamin, B1, B6, TMG and methyl-B12 supplementing keeps me going.
Are you on B12 injections?
I’m also gluten and dairy free.
Hi vivjay I've had P.A. for more than 46 years and I'm still "clivealive" and over 77
I have cyanocobamalin B12 injections every three weeks now (used to be four) and supplement with folic acid and ferrous fumarate every day.
I wish you well.
You posted on here a couple of years ago and were advised to increase the frequency of your injections.
How did you get on? How often do you have them now? Have you tried hydroxocobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin?
Are you taking plenty of supporting supplements?
