Low Blood Pressure

I'm currently laid up with extreme weakness, loss of balance, unsteadiness, nausea and BP fluctuating but all in low range, e.g. Lowest 82/53. Have had two injections of B12. Just wondered how the low BP is associated with B12D? Any thoughts?

Have booked to see a clinician. Started a diary. Any experience on preparing to see self referred Haematologist?

Any advice appreciated.

B12 deficiency is more often associated with high BP due to high levels of homocysteine.
