Hello, can anyone a good alternative vitamin d tablet to Desunin, just so expensive for me to keep getting on prescription. Thanks very much for your help :)

Which part of the world are you in? UK supermarkets have Vitamin D tablets, 500 IU, for around 3p each.

ooo i've had a look but they always seem to be lower than that, can you suggest somewhere? I live in UK too :)

I take these with added K2 - also available in 1000 iu. K2 important to ensure D3 goes to the bones and not arteries or tissues.

Did you monitor your levels before and after taking these, if so what kind of increase did you get and over what time period?

Hi, yes I was well below 20 and had joint pain, aches and pains and extreme tiredness (sleeping nearly all around the clock) then was put on these for 3 months and they almost doubled my vitamin d (can't remember the exact number) but all my original symptoms went away.
