Please can anyone tell me where to purchase B12 ampoules.I have been receiving 2mthly injections through the NHS but am getting exhausted at 6wks.Thankyou.

You might have to shop around because B12 is now popular with people who do nor have B12 deficiency for what ever reason . Beauty clinics offer B12 injections for weight loss believe it or not ! ( nonsense ) So now the German Pharmacies are often running out of supplies , aspecially the ones with the lowest prices . It’s useful to have the google chrome translation app because most German pharmacies don’t have a site in English . mycare.de does , but their shipping cost is high if you only want a pack of ten . Amazon.de in English is another source, but you will need to look at all the possibilities on offer , because some of the supplying pharmacies do not ship to U.K. .You need to choose between Rotexmedica B12 depot ( 1mg x 1ml ) or Hevert B12 depot( 1mg x 2ml ) Rotexmedica is the cheapest . I have used both - they are equally good , but I like injecting less liquid . Best of luck 🍀

I get mine from VitaminB12Online.com they have video instructions on their site too which I found really helpful when I first started injecting.
