How often should I use Yuliv B12 nasal spray

I have injections every 8 weeks, but even that doesn't keep my B12 particularly high (I had a blood test the day before my last injection, and it was approx 450). So I've bought hydroxocabalamin nasal spray, each spray is supposed to deliver 500mcg of B12, which is theoretically half an injection but I realise I won't absorb all of it. So is there any advice on how often I should use it? And how much should I expect to absorb?

How often should you use it? As often as is required.

How much can you expect to absorb? It varies. If it were me I would expect to absorb zero. No B12 sprays, drops, lozenges or patches have ever done anything for me.

I clearly absorbed quite a bit of the methyl spray i tried (it made me feel very strange and I won't be trying it again) so hopefully this means I'm receptive to sprays?

Yes, that’s how I know I don’t absorb from them. I had a terrible reaction to methylcobalamin injections, but felt nothing from sprays.
