I’m currently living in West Virginia and my monthly prescription of 4x 1ml vials cyano will get refilled next week.
We saved up for years and In two weeks, we are traveling to the UK, Denmark and Sweden for a month long Anniversary trip. So I expect to run out of B12 before returning to the USA.
I usually ask my pharmacy to purchase extra vials in this sort of circumstance but insurance will not cover the extra b12 and I pay full price.
I know I can’t get hydroxo OTC in the UK. Does anyone know what (cyano?) is available in Denmark and Sweden and if I can I buy it OTC, what is the price?

I don't know for sure but I have a very strong suspicion that both Denmark and Sweden (near certain on Sweden) is not available over the counter. It is available over the counter in Germany and there shouldn't be a problem with ordering some from one of the on-line pharmacies to be delivered to an address in the EU - almost certainly going to be cheaper than paying for it in the US even if there are delivery charges. It may also be worth finding out if a prescription written by a doctor in the US can be used in the EU as another possible strategy.
Might be worth contacting the travel agent if relevant and see if they have any suggestions.
You can buy a 10ml vial of Cynocobalamin from Sandoz Canada for $5.99 I don’t know if this is cheaper than what you have to pay in US . Then there are the shipping costs , of which I am ignorant .
I looked up Cyanocobalamin on versandapo.de and the following Cyanocobalamin ampoules are available - probably plus others. They are €7.95 (or something like that - my memory!!) so I think it will cost around £20 to get them to the UK....

If it would help you I could order them for delivery to me in the UK and then post them on to you when you get here.
Otherwise you could order from versandapo.de and they will post them to an address where you will want them. If you download the Google Translate App and search using Google Chrome it will automatically translate their German site into English.
On Friday, I asked for and got the two extra vials as part of my monthly prescription refill of 4 vials (cyano) My Insurance here in the USA only paid for the refill of 4x, but there was also some reduction on the two although not the same as the 4x.
So these 6x should hold me for the duration of the trip to the UK and Europe.
