I have an appt with my GP tomorrow to discuss my blood results. Would anyone have any advice regarding my results that I could bring up with the GP that might benefit me?
Background: 25 years old, low b12 for years, commenced (may 2017) on hydroxocobalamin 1ml every three months, commenced (March 2018) on vensir XL 150mg for anxiety.
Symptoms include dizziness, night sweats, extreme fatigue, tingling in hands and feet, low mood and anxiety, brain fog, palpitations. Recently I’ve been experiencing soreness and aching in my joints and muscles with is a new symptom.
Iron profile and neutrophil count were repeated but results are not back yet. I had glandular fever in 2011 and it has been tested for along with the repeat bloods.
Results might be better on a phone or tablet to zoom in. I couldn’t upload multiple photos sorry for inconvenience 🙈🙈
Many thanks

720ng/L is likely to be seen as meaning B12 isn't a problem anymore because it is back in the normal range.
There is a lot more to B12 than the amount in your blood - particularly after loading shots and treatment really needs to be based on symptoms.
On average patients report needing levels of 1000 pmol/L post treatment to feel well and function - some need it much higher and some are in the normal range.
Your folate is a towards the low end of the range so you should probably think about supplementing.
You have neurological symptoms so should be on 2 monthly maintenance doses.
Your creatinine is high - this could indicate problems with kidney function or it could indicate that you have slightly raised MMA because your cells are just starting to not have enough B12 getting through to them despite your high serum B12 levels. Generally MMA would be significantly high in a functional B12 deficiency.
Were your symptoms back when you had the blood test taken?
